Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The South of Spain!
We want your stay in Sanlúcar de Barrameda to be enjoyable and worry-free.
Please take a moment to read our booking terms – they’re designed to make everything clear and transparent for both you and us.
1. Booking and Confirmation
- You can book directly on our website by filling the form or contacting us by email or WhatsApp.
- Your reservation is confirmed once you receive our email confirmation and you make the deposit.
- Guests making a booking must be at least 18 years old.
2. Prices, Deposit, and Payment
- All prices include the accommodation, utilities, and basic amenities.
- To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total stay.
- The remaining balance is due 5 days maximum before arrival.
- Payments are accepted in euros (€) using the methods listed on our website.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 16:00 (4:00 PM) on your arrival day.
- Check-out: before 11:00 AM on your departure day.
- If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know – we’ll do our best depending on availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:
- More than 60 days before arrival: full refund (except fees, if any).
- 60 to 45 days before arrival: 75% refund.
- 45 to 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 25% refund.
- Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
Refunds will be done after retaining any process fee, if any.

In case of force majeure, we may offer to reschedule your stay instead of cancellation.
5. Use of the Accommodation
- Our homes are for holiday and leisure stays only.
- Please respect the maximum occupancy agreed in your booking.
- Parties or events that may disturb neighbors are not allowed.
- Silence should be kept from 22h until 8h.
- We kindly ask you to take care of the property and let us know if anything gets damaged.
6. Liability
- We cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents through misuse or negligence.
- You should have your own travel insurance before arrival.
7.registration
All guests are required to fill out a government registration form upon check-in, as mandated by Spanish law (Real Decreto 933/2021). This is a legal requirement for all accommodation providers in Spain. Without that information, we won't be able to host you.
8. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal details are handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Spanish and European data protection laws (GDPR).
9. Governing Law
These terms are subject to Spanish law.
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to submit to the courts of Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz), Spain.
